Besides a comprehensive range of drinks, De Klok Dranken also offers a wide range of applications for events such as mobile bars, cooling installations, pop-up buffets, beer tanks, etc. They were looking at the renewal of their cleaning system. Word of mouth recommendation brought them into contact with BOONS FIS, they installed CIP and industrial furniture.

Trusted custom-made installation

De Klok Dranken was in search of a complete, custom-made installation for their applications so trust was a major factor for them.

This trust was won during the many discussions between the parties. A quotation was drawn up based on these discussions that satisfied all the customer’s specific needs.

CIP

We also joined up with them in paying a visit to a brewery that already works with one of our CIP installations (cleaning in place), this ensures the complete rinsing of piping, drums, valves, etc. with recovery. This makes it a completely closed system. 

We built two complete CIP installations at De Klok Dranken to clean their mobile tapping installations. Cleaning takes place based on different programs, and fully automatically across six stations at the same time. A three-part pressure-booster unit was also installed to enable the trolleys to be manually cleaned on the outside.

The reels, hoses, guns and other accessories needed for cleaning were also supplied by us. The combination of this equipment means the tapping installations can be cleaned as efficiently as possible.

To us it was very important to have as little down time as possible during demolition and construction. There was a tight deadline because the rental of such trolleys is highly seasonal due to their use at various events such as festivals.

BOONS FIS took account of this when planning, and could supply and install everything within a period to suit both parties.

Industrial furniture

De Klok Dranken’s satisfaction with the project also led them to call upon us later. We also supplied a washer, different stainless steel rinsing sinks, a stainless work table, etc.

We also installed a high pressure installation. Finally, BOONS is FIS also responsible for servicing and maintaining the installations. We then guarantee the permanent optimal operation of all our materials and a satisfied customer.
