To clean automatically the conveyor BOONS FIS installed a cleaning system for Lecoque eggs, who is known for its top quality egg products for years, and this for the retail trade, wholesale, the hotel and catering trade and industry.
Skid Frame
The installation was assembled in skid form, meaning the unit was installed on a large frame containing the whole installation.
This skid could be immediately connected to the utilities and tested on-site without further installation work being needed. The machine was completely assembled beforehand at the BOONS FIS workshop. There was also close cooperation between BOONS FIS and Lecoque eggs for programming the PLC.

The smooth cooperation and satisfaction about the result meant that Lecoque eggs again called upon the services of BOONS FIS later for another custom-made project.
We subsequently developed an automated cleaning installation for their tanks for internal use with a rotating head in the tank. This is in turn linked to a control system with different cleaning options depending on the tank. The logbook registers the date and type of tank cleaning.
BOONS FIS cooperates close together with Lecoque eggs for maintenance purposes. Lecoque eggs carries out daily maintenance itself with the technical support and service from BOONS FIS its experienced technicians. BOONS FIS is responsible for periodic general overhauls. This constant interaction ensures good and efficient operation.
