We developed a customised installation for the cleaning process of the drum for an industrial washer in the agricultural sector.

Smart filtration: from dirty water to clean results
In this application, the water supply contains impurities that can cause damage to pumps.
The water supply for this project contains contaminated water, which requires a well- thought-out filtration system before the water enters the pumps. That is why the installation is equipped with two coarse dirt filters and two fine dirt filters, so that the water is first filtered with 100-micron filters and then with 50-micron filters:
- 2 coarse dirt filters – first filter stage up to 100 microns
- 2 fine dirt filters – further filtering up to 50 microns
This step-by-step filtration guarantees optimal operation of the medium-pressure system and prevents damage or blockage of components. This extends the service life of the system and guarantees stable operation of the high-pressure system.

The heart of the installation? A powerful eMPU pressure boosting unit:
- Equipped with two redundant pumps
• Ensures stable water pressure, even during maintenance or heavy loads
