A stainless steel container with HP and MP units in collaboration with HVL
In collaboration with HVL Metaal & Techniek, BOONS FIS realised an impressive total project: a fully equipped cleaning installation housed in a customised stainless steel container, designed for comfort, efficiency and continuous use in outdoor conditions. BOONS FIS supplied all technical components and was responsible for the configuration of the entire system.
A complete workshop equipment package with top performance
The installation is located outdoors, but thanks to a built-in electric heater, it remains frost-free during cold periods. The container is also equipped with lighting and fire detection, which increases safety and ease of use.
At the heart of this setup are two powerful 200 bar hot water high-pressure units, each equipped with a reel and chemical dosing. This allows two employees to clean efficiently and safely at the same time. The units not only deliver performance, but also contribute to a smooth work organisation.
What's in the box?
The installation also includes a range of additional features for a complete workshop equipment package:
- An industrial compressor, connected to a reel for oil and grease spray, which simplifies the maintenance of machines and vehicles.
- Reels with blue medium-pressure water hoses, ideal for rinsing and lighter applications.
- Reels with red high-pressure hoses for heavier cleaning tasks.
- Water supply pipes with yellow hoses, clearly coloured for a safe and well-organised installation.
- Storage space for 2 IBC tanks, for the safe and accessible storage of cleaning agents or waste water.
