Hygiene lock in 3 steps
In the space in front of the production hall, a well-equipped hygiene lock was built by BOONS FIS. There is a strict hygiene and cleaning process at Dutch Dumplin as it should be in a food processing company.
Careful hygiene and quality control at every stage of the production process guarantees tasty dumplings that meet the highest standards.
Dutch Dumplin is therefore a reliable supplier of high-quality and consistent products within the catering sector.
Step 1
In the three-part hygiene lock set up by BOONS FIS, soap your hands first via the HDK hand chemistry unit with turnstile that provides passage after correct use.
Step 2
Next, wash your handsat the WR2 wash trough with 2 Dyson AirbladeTM Wash+Dry taps. Here you wash and dry your hands without moving.
Step 3
Afterwards, the soles of shoes are disinfected on the sole cleaner of the hygiene station HS-2. At the same time the hands are disinfected, after which the turnstile gives passage to the production hall.
Decentralised cleaning system
Two decentralised cleaning satellites DSW-FD-1-R 'by BOONS FIS' have been installed in the immaculate kitchen and production hall. Both installations are equipped with an automatic hose reel with Boonsjet cleaning hose and a closed jerry can holder for 2 chemicals (detergent and disinfectant).
Ease of use for the operators: 1 selection button for foaming, rinsing and disinfecting is one of the advantages. Operation in 1 jiffy with the appropriate nozzles at hand with the handy nozzle holders are integrated in the design of the DSW satellite.
The satellites are supplied with 20 bar of pressurized water by a pressure-booster unit eSPU-20/3.
