For cleaning a powder processing installation a customised medium-pressure unit with chemical dosing for the food industry was developed by BOONS FIS.
This installation functions as a fully automatic CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) system that can be used in an outdoor environment without dismantling the process equipment.
Plug-and-play on skid frame
The entire installation is built on a stainless steel skid frame, which makes the unit compact and easy to integrate.

- Quick installation and commissioning
- Minimal impact on existing processes
- Central access to all components
A Grundfos CRIE5-9 pressure booster pump, controlled by a pressure sensor, ensures constant and reliable working pressure during each cleaning cycle.
High-precision chemical dosing
Two CBU-6F-10D dosing units are integrated for correct and safe dosing of cleaning agents, each linked to an MS1 dosing pump.

Water supply with double buffering
The system has two water tanks (BT-200-C and BT-400-C), each with its own solenoid valve.
