Medium-pressure unit with chemical dosing for the food industry
A customised medium-pressure unit was developed for cleaning a powder processing installation in a food company. This installation functions as a fully automatic CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) system that can be used in an outdoor environment without dismantling the process equipment.
Plug-and-play on skid frame
The entire installation is built on a stainless steel skid frame, which makes the unit compact and easy to integrate.

- Central access to all components
A Grundfos CRIE5-9 pressure booster pump, controlled by a pressure sensor, ensures constant and reliable working pressure during each cleaning cycle.
High-precision chemical dosing
For correct and safe dosing of cleaning agents, two CBU-6F-10D dosing units are integrated, each linked to an MS1 dosing pump.

Water supply with double buffering
The system has two water tanks (BT-200-C and BT-400-C), each with its own solenoid valve.
