Normal trolley tumbler, washing frame for Warnez was installed by BOONS FIS. A hygiene lock, cleaning system and stainless steel plant equipment was also provided for the new R&D production space. Standard trolley tumbler
The standard trolleys and the standard trolley tumbler of stainless steel were all supplied by BOONS FIS for in the production space.
This tumbler is a mixing installation for standard trolleys with an unique mixing system to obtain a mix of the highest quality. For Warnez this is the ideal installation to test new recipes efficient and safe.
Pneumatic washing frame
We also supplied a pneumatic washing frame to be able to thoroughly clean the standard trolleys. This makes the efficient cleaning of the standard trolleys extremely simple.
Hygienic hygiene lock
BOONS FIS supplied and installed a hand washing throughs, different dispensers and a HDK hand disinfection station to comply with the strict requirements concerning employee personal hygiene. With the turnstile the passage is controlled.
Efficient cleaning system
An efficient and simple cleaning system of the production space itself is crucial for Warnez, that is why we supplied and installed an eSPU pressure-booster unit, different satellites, reels and accessories throughout the production spaces.
Stainless steel plant equipment
Finally we also supplied a number of work tables and storage cupboards made fully in stainless steel. The seamless finish also ensures optimal hygiene here.
