BOONS FIS developed a customised pre-filtered rinsing system for the agricultural sector.
This installation for the cleaning process of the drum for an industrial washer was built with special attention to the quality of the supplied water, operational reliability, and rapid deployment on site.
This combines a well-designed water filtration, maximum operational reliability and quick plug-and-play. The result: an efficient, robust and immediately deployable solution tailored to the customer's needs.
From dirty water to clean results
In this application, the water supply contains impurities that can cause damage to pumps.
The water supply for this project contains contaminated water, which requires a well- thought-out filtration system before the water enters the pumps.
Equipped with two coarse dirt filters and two fine dirt filters:
- 2 coarse dirt filters – first filter stage up to 100 microns
- 2 fine dirt filters – further filtering up to 50 microns
This step-by-step filtration guarantees optimal operation of the medium-pressure system and prevents damage or blockage of components. This extends the service life of the system and guarantees stable operation of the high-pressure system.
