BOONS FIS developed a robust, sustainable cleaning system on frame for the dairy sector. This seamlessly meets the requirements of an intensive and continuous cleaning process.
The installation is designed for cleaning cheese (related installations and surfaces) and runs daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week. An assignment that requires reliability, efficiency and sustainability.
Structure of the installation
This powerful industrial pump unit at 80 bar is the core of the system. Each pump delivers 50 litres per minute, more than enough for thorough and consistent cleaning.
Thanks to the well-considered choice of pumps, they only run at around 75% of their maximum capacity. This significantly reduces wear and tear, extends the service life of the installation and reduces the maintenance frequency.
