Agristo
Agristo is no stranger to BOONS FIS. In previous years we already had several cleaning and hygiene projects at the global player in the development and production of frozen potato products.
A complete hygiene lock
Agristo is developing a new line in Wielsbeke for the processing of small potatoes and potato pieces that were previously processed in animal feed. In this new production line they are processed into flakes which the consumer can easily process into a puree. A new hygiene lock was installed on this 'flake line' by BOONS FIS.
Full height turnstile
By means of a badge system, the employees enter the dressing room through the full height turnstile, where they have to follow a few steps before entering the production area. The badge system offers the certainty that only authorized personnel may and can complete this process.
Washing hands
After changing, the hands are soaped in the first HDK/XL-SG to unlock the first turnstile. Afterwards, the hands are washed and dried at the WR2 wash trough, which is equipped with Dyson AirbladeTM Wash & Dry taps. These taps have the advantage that hand washing and drying is done completely contactless with sensors. Moreover, no paper towels or separate hand dryers are required.
Disinfecting hands
Additional protective clothing (disposables) is put on with clean hands. To unlock the second turnstile, the operators must disinfect their hands in the HDK/XL-DG, after which they can access the production area.
When leaving the production hall, a different route is taken on the other side of the hygiene lock with two mechanical turnstiles with wall mounting. All appliances are made of stainless steel, also the fencing that separates the entrance and exit.
