United Caps
The United Caps company is a European leader in the development, production and sale of plastic caps for bottles, and is consequently an important supplier for industries including the food sector. This means hygiene is also a very important aspect here.
BOONS FIS supplied two soaping turnstiles, a large version for the main entrance and a smaller one for the side entrance. As these are free-standing appliances, we also took care of the associated stainless steel fencing. The necessary electricity cables were routed through this fencing to the appliances. This meant there were fewer obstacles and hygiene is guaranteed.
Some months later we also supplied and installed another hygiene lock at a third entrance. The installation involved two HDK disinfection turnstiles, a washbasin with 2 taps and built-in soap dispenser. The hand dryer selected was a Mitsubishi Jet-Towel. The necessary stainless steel fencing was also erected here, and a gate with lock was provided in the fencing to allow access for trolleys and other larger material. The smooth passage of persons and materials can then be ensured at all times.
