High pressure unit HDU3

High pressure unit HDU3

The HDU3 is an economical, stationary cold water high-pressure cleaner with virtually unlimited applications. This compact cleaning installation is suitable for industrial and intensive use, such as cleaning production areas, machines and other applications.

Depending on the needs of the customer / user, this cleaning installation can be assembled and equipped in function of pressure and flow. This HDU3 version is built around 3 pumps.

The motor and pump section is mounted in a stainless steel housing that protects against splashing water and contamination. This allows this installation to be placed in the production area itself.

Standard equipped for a water temperature up to 40°C, but this unit can also handle a water temperature up to 85°C in another version.

Various options are possible with this unit to achieve lower energy consumption and a longer lifespan. For example, a frequency controller ensures that the motor runs in certain number of revolutions, depending on the number of users.

Standard equipment
  • Dry running protection and temperature protection on the float tank
  • Protected against pipe breakage and overpressure
  • Stainless steel frame and float chamber
  • PLC-control combined with sensors
  • Electromagnetic valve
  • Economical in use
