Station with casing CS-F-1-R

Station with casing CS-F-1-R

405821

This CS central satellite with casing is standard equipped with a stop, 1 foam function (F) and 1 rinse function (R). The control valves (manifold) are mounted in the casing (the picture below is indicative). 1 pressure regulator is provided for the foaming function.

The CS centralised satellites are connected to the CBU central chemical dosing units via a pipeline network. For a full description, please visit this blog about choosing between a centralised and a decentralised cleaning system.

Standard equipment
  • Supplied with certificate of stainless steel used (AISI 1.4301), no use of ferritic steels (400 series) that are magnetic and liable to corrode
  • Fully stainless steel casing for perfect hygiene
  • Very accurate control and dosage
  • High quality A-brand components with high chemical resistance (Viton or EPDM seals depending on the chemicals used)
  • Stainless steel non-return valves prevent the cleaning products from mixing
  • Simple control button
  • Very clean-lined design and hygienic version with a minimum of piping on the walls
  • Operated by a stainless steel pneumatic selector switch
  • Settings can no longer be changed
What is the advantage of a casing for the CS central satellite?

The casing protects internal components from dust, moisture, and external damage, extending the system’s lifespan and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. It's also an ideal solution when a technical ceiling is not available.

Can this satellite be installed in humid environments?

Yes, the stainless steel casing makes the satellite highly resistant to humidity, making it suitable for the food industry or industrial cleaning environments.

How accurate is the pressure regulation for the foaming function?

The built-in pressure regulator ensures a consistent and uniform foam layer, contributing to efficient and effective cleaning.

Is this satellite compatible with different foaming agents?

Yes, the CS satellite can be used with various cleaning and foaming agents, as long as they are compatible with the dosing unit and follow the installation guidelines.

What is the maintenance interval for this satellite?

The maintenance frequency depends on usage intensity and the chemicals used, but periodic calibration is recommended for optimal performance.
