Station CS-FD-1-R

Station CS-FD-1-R

654319

This CS centralised satellite is standard equipped with a stop and 3 positions: foaming (F), disinfecting (D) and rinsing (R). The pressure regulator is linked to the foam function. The control valves or manifold (the picture below is indicative) are preferably mounted in a technical attic. However, this can also be done on the ceiling.

Perfect operation of these satellites can only be obtained (and maintained) through periodic calibrations. The timing for these calibrations depends on several factors, such as the chemicals used and how often the cleaning system is used.

The CS central satellites are connected to the CBU central chemical dosing units via a pipeline network. For a complete description, please visit this blog about choosing between a centralised and a decentralised cleaning system.

Standard equipment
  • Supplied with certificate of stainless steel used (AISI 1.4301), no use of ferritic steels (400 series) that are magnetic and liable to corrode
  • High quality A-brand components with high chemical resistance (Viton or EPDM seals depending on the chemicals used)
  • Very clean-lined design and hygienic version with a minimum of piping on the walls
  • Stainless steel non-return valves prevent the cleaning products from mixing
  • Operated by a stainless steel pneumatic selector switch
  • Fully stainless steel housing for perfect hygiene
  • Very accurate control and dosage
  • Simple control button
  • Settings can no longer be changed
What additional functions does this CS satellite offer?

In addition to foaming and rinsing, this satellite also provides a disinfection function—essential for environments with strict hygiene requirements.

Where is the best location to install the manifold?

For optimal performance, the manifold is best installed on a technical ceiling or overhead mounting point.

Can the pressure be adjusted per function?

The pressure regulator is linked to the foaming function and can be adjusted if necessary.

How energy-efficient is this CS satellite?

Thanks to precise dosing and an efficient piping system, water and chemical waste are minimized—resulting in energy-efficient operation.
