Station CS-FFD-1-R

Station CS-FFD-1-R

782003

This CS central satellite is standard equipped with a stop and 4 positions: 2x foaming (F), 1x rinsing (R) and 1x disinfection (D). The control valves (the picture below is indicative) are mounted against the ceiling or in a technical attic. The pressure regulator controls both foam functions.

Perfect operation of these satellites can only be obtained (and maintained) through periodic calibrations. The timing for these calibrations depends on several factors, such as the chemicals used and how often the cleaning system is used.

The CS central satellites are connected to the CBU central chemical dosing units via a pipeline network. For a complete description, please visit this blog about choosing between a centralised and a decentralised cleaning system.

Standard equipment
  • Supplied with certificate of stainless steel used (AISI 1.4301), no use of ferritic steels (400 series) that are magnetic and liable to corrode
  • High quality A-brand components with high chemical resistance (Viton or EPDM seals depending on the chemicals used)
  • Very clean-lined design and hygienic version with a minimum of piping on the walls
  • Stainless steel non-return valves prevent the cleaning products from mixing
  • Operated by a stainless steel pneumatic selector switch
  • Fully stainless steel housing for perfect hygiene
  • Very accurate control and dosage
  • Simple control button
  • Settings can no longer be changed
What makes this satellite unique?

This CS satellite offers four functions: two foaming options, rinsing, and disinfection—providing a complete cleaning solution.

Why does the pressure regulator control both foaming functions?

Because both foam products are set to the same pressure. If different pressure settings are required, the CS FF-2-R is more suitable.

How often should this satellite be calibrated?

Calibration frequency depends on usage intensity and the chemicals used, but periodic checks are essential.
