Crate washer KWM600

Crate washer KWM600

The capacity of this KWM600 is between 400 and 800 crates per hour, depending on the chosen composition and settings. Safety sensors prevent the pumps and heating elements from running dry. In the washing zone, the crates are cleaned with warm water and detergent. The filtered water from the washing process is returned to the water tank, where it is kept at the right temperature and pumped back to the washing nozzles.

After the washing zone, the crates are rinsed at a high temperature in the rinsing zone. The used hot water is not wasted, but automatically flows to the water tank, so that this water is reused in the washing zone. Thanks to this recovery process, the water and energy consumption of these appliances is kept to a minimum. A drying zone can be provided with 1 or 2 powerful air fans.

The crates are automatically transported through the washing tunnel via a single or double stainless steel chain conveyor. Depending on the degree of dirt and the number of crates to be washed, the speed can be set on the control panel.

By mounting a bend and a double rail (option) on top of the machine, the crate washer can also be operated by one person. In this way, the crates can be fed in and removed from one side of the crate washer.
