These standard washing frames have been specifically designed to safely and effectively clean standard trolleys and other tanks and containers in the food industry by hand. This reduces the likelihood of injuries caused by the manual lifting and handling of heavy standard trolleys.

The standard trolley washing frames are manufactured in stainless steel (AISI 1.4301) according to the international standards for the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry.

A pneumatic cylinder lifts and tilts the standard trolley in one position so the inside of the standard trolley is easy to reach and clean. The outside edge (360 ° all around) is also fully accessible for thorough cleaning. With pneumatic operation these appliances can be safely used in a wet production environment.
