Numerous load carriers are used at many companies every day. Whether the food industry, cultivation under glass or another industrial sector is involved, there is always the need for these load carriers to be extremely clean (and in some cases sterile) for the next production run.
An industrial washing system is therefore a nice addition to the machinery at many companies. In the industrial washing systems range we catalogue these machine as:
- Tool washers
- Crate washers
- Standard trolley washers
- Pallet washers
- Bin washers
- ….
Some useful questions that are very important for making the right proposal to the customer:
- Which and how many load carriers must be cleaned (dimensions of the load carriers and total/hour)
- What is soiling and degree of soiling of the objects to be washed? Greases are, for example, cleaned differently to proteins, blood or baked on food residues.
- What options are important to the customer? Many washing systems have a modular assembly, with a pre-washing zone, main washing zone, rinsing zone and drying zone among the options.
- How does the water have to be heated? This can indeed be electrically or by steam.
- Will detergents be added? A dosing system then becomes an important option.
- Does the washing system have to be connected to a logistical and handling system?
- …
Because the industrial washing systems are fully PLC-controlled, numerous parameters can be set as desired by the customer and depending on the load carriers to be washed. Then washing times, temperatures and speeds can be set to perfection. These industrial washing systems are obviously highly customer- and purpose-specific. It is therefore logical that the washing systems can be offered as numerous versions or various assemblies.
