In its range of central cleaning systems BOONS FIS offers the combination of a central chemical supply unit (the CBU Chemical dosing unit) and central draw-off satellites (CS draw-off station). This central chemical dosing unit is connected in a technical space and will pump the chemical products through a piping network to the central draw-off stations that are located in the production space.
Such a central cleaning system is recommended when you want to buy chemical products in bulk (the drums or IBC containers are placed next to the dosing unit and the chemical is drawn through suction pipes from the drum to the chemical dosing unit), when you do not want chemicals in separate jerry cans in the production space, when you have a number of branch points, etc.
In the range of central cleaning systems, BOONS FIS offers the high-quality collection stations CS 'by BOONS FIS', which are very user-friendly and precise. The manifold is controlled for the correct product and the correct dosage via the pneumatic selector switch. This way you can easily choose one of the options foaming, rinsing and/or disinfecting. By default, the station is equipped with a rinse and stop position. Depending on the selected chemical dosing unit, the offtake station can be equipped with one or two foam functions, one extra rinsing function and one disinfection function.
The big difference with the CS satellite without housing is that with this housing version the pneumatic ball valves with actuator are assembled in the housing, while with the CS satellites without housing they are assembled on the ceiling or on a technical attic floor.
Pneumatically controlled stainless steel ball valves activate the rinsing water and the chemicals in the piping. Stainless steel non-return valves are fitted to prevent rebound and different products being mixed in the piping. The satellite is operated by a pneumatically operated stainless steel selector switch (max. 5 positions including stop). This is built into a fully stainless steel Rittal housing for perfect hygiene in the production environment. These satellites with housing are connected to a roll-up reel with cleaning hose and accessories.
The centralised stations are all designed according to the principle of hygienic design, are extremely robust and reliable and are very easy to use. Cleaning of the stations is also perfectly possible without dismantling them. All this to allow your cleaning process to function optimally.
