In addition to a stop, the three functions foam (F), disinfect (D) and rinse (R) are standard on this central satellite (CS). The control valves are mounted in a technical attic or against the ceiling (the photo below is indicative).
A pressure regulator is provided for the foaming function to obtain a nice adhesive foam layer. The second pressure regulator is for the disinfection function. If you opt for a foaming disinfectant in consultation with your chemical supplier, this extra pressure regulator is definitely required.
The CS central satellites and the CBU central chemical dosing units are connected via a pipeline network. For a full description you can go here.
