During the production process, standard trolleys continuously ensure the supply and removal of raw materials. For the cleaning process of these standard trolleys, Deliva was looking for a reliable and safe installation. Manual cleaning of standard trolleys is often time-consuming and inefficient.

Deliva opted for the double version of this BOONS FIS standard trolley washer, which increases the capacity of the trolleys to be cleaned to 60 units per hour. The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC with its own control system and works in an ecologically responsible manner.

Washing times and programs are adjustable depending on the cleaning required.

The standard trolleys are safely loaded via the electro-hydraulic lifting platform and then washed (washing cycle) by powered rotating arms with adjustable nozzles. In the rinse cycle, the detergents are rinsed away with fresh rinse water.

This rinse water is filtered and then flows to the main wash tank. In this way, the water is recycled, kept at the right temperature and there is a reduction in water and energy consumption.

The duration of the washing program and of the rinsing program can be set. In addition, the temperatures are also easily adjustable via the touch screen, so that the cleaning can be carried out in accordance with your wishes.
